Job Description:

This role, Senior Manager, Product Management and Product Marketing, will be responsible for the strategy and direction for products and managed services within the global services portfolio. This role will lead product management and product marketing for Etisalat’s global managed ICT services as well as network strategy for the global network. Role will own full P&L of 500M+ AED in yearly revenue. This position will provide vision, strategy and tactical leadership to rationalize the current services by defining market requirements, profitability models, and how the target state products are sold and delivered. The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, driving business and product performance including designing, marketing and executing campaigns that helps drive up the product revenue from different segments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 15.Churn management and proactive plan to meet objectives
  • Leading team initiatives and mentoring team members within global product marketing, sales, SA, processing, and SD teams
  • Responsible for product support of the entire suite of global managed ICT services and custom deals (projects)
  • Responsible for managing and ensuring realization of Global marketing initiatives into products to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Responsible for management of carrier partners and MS/CT vendors
  • Lead Global network strategy, planning and its implementation
  • Customer obsessed that helps keep customer at the center of all new developments and enhancements.
  • Complex deal and pursuit support – Assist the enterprise sales team closing sales of global managed ICT solutions. This includes identifying solutions, providing presentations, developing/supporting RFP response and proposals for larger and more complex deals.
  • Seek timely feedback from the Customer to enhance product features to ensure portfolio is competitive
  • Lead creation of E2E Global Services ecosystem that includes revamping existing processes, creating new tools, financial and regulatory approvals and onboarding of new MS/ICT vendors
  • Translate customer requirements into business requirements and define end-to-end techno commercial proposition
  • Create solution bundles and fill in gaps within portfolio to optimize revenues
  • Planning and executing E2E GTM Activities with relevant teams

Job Requirements:

  • P&L ownership of 400M+ AED ($100M+)
  • Understanding of Global Data Services concepts.
  • Product/Service Life Cycle Management
  • Product Marketing or GTM Management Leadership
  • Management of direct reports.
  • 10 years experience in product development & service implementation especially in Global Data Services. Direct management and leadership experience with good understanding of business and marketing concepts. 12 years of telecommunications experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or Marketing Management.
  • Project Management and service design including SLAs.
