Manager Home Compliance – Development Control

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Manager Home Compliance – Development Control for our trusted client to be based out of UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain log of ongoing alteration works (With NOC), contractors working on site and violations without NOCs, actions taken, etc..
• Record violations and update line manager on phenomena / occurrence that affect the urban fabric of the communities and suggest necessary action.
• Coordinate with legal for necessary proceedings and actions.
• To perform any other task that may be assigned by the line manager.
• Update the line manager regularly on the observed violations and advice on the necessary escalation against violators (de‐registration, restrict access, fines, etc..).
• Ensure implementation of the contractor’s registration process, recommend necessary actions/fines against violators, site inspection process, VSR, etc..
• Liaise with Trakhees, carry out meetings to discuss violations and agree on action plans.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural/civil engineering or 4 years certificate in a similar filed.
• 8-10 years of projects experience in a similar field with proven technical knowledge.
