Branch Manager

Job Description:

The Branch Manager has direct accountability of the Branch’s financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery. The responsibility span across all segments of customers. A great deal of customer contact and internal interactions with support and control units are part of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency
• Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior services
• Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.
• Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interest.
