Market Survey Executive

Job Description:

Conduct daily/ Monthly surveys.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the commercial and quality targets set by the organization.
• Maintain a high Mystery Shopper Score – Ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction
• Reduce the number of Customer Complaints on Setup done.
• Growth in MS office business value wise compared to last year.
• Ensure the quality of surveys are authentic.
• Timely daily submission of the survey reports for any action to be taken.
• Customer orientation – Mystery Audit score

Job Requirements:

• Experience (Yrs & Field) 1-3 years of experience in Retail
•  

  Research Skills, Market Knowledge, Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication, SAP knowledge.

• Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
