B2B Media Solutions portfolio includes eHospitality, Business TV, IPTV turnkey & OTT.
- Fully responsible for the P&L of Media Solutions.
- Engage and lead cross-functional team to ensure end-to-end delivery of media business line (Product development, Engineering, IT, Contracts, Professional Services and Finance).
- Own go-to-market channel definition and implementation strategy to sell and gain market penetration.
- Responsible for customer experience lifecycle.
- Lead and manage the changes across internal teams, influence upwards/downwards and cross-functionally to achieve alignment.
- Sponsor the implementation of existing and new bespoke customized solutions across service delivery, procurement, and finance and vendor teams.
- Co-ordination of site survey, vendor engagement and RFP responses to customer bids.
- Maintain and communicate the monthly reporting for new additions, revenue, sales funnel and product performance KPIs.
- a high-performing product marketing and GTM function responsible for media solutions.
- new specialist expertise in new areas such as OTT and Healthcare.
- annual revenue, cost and margin targets and delivery against business case forecast for new-to-market services.
- Solutions Product Evangelist within Etisalat and externally. Ownership of product hygiene and process improvement initiatives needed to streamline and enhance.
- Understand & anticipate market trends in business line.
- Own the training and onboarding of the business sales force
- Drive the transformation of existing portfolio into an end to end set of propositions.
- Define portfolio of media solutions for products, projects and services, develop business plan, define Solution architecture, and select suitable partners and operating model.
- Create compelling value propositions for respective target segment and gain competitive edge
- Ensure product success throughout the entire lifecycle of strategically important initiatives, from ideation to full launch and ongoing support.
- Exceptional marketing skills, management reporting, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Transformation of the existing Media Solutions portfolio, moving from heavy customization and bespoke solutioning into new, volume driven segments such as 1-3 star and SOHO.
- Lead requirement gathering exercise across all SMB, Enterprise and Government Verticals to identify, plan and execute a growth strategy for new segments.
- Define media solution future strategy and road map in line with vision of B2B unit and in line with double-digit growth ambition across business.
- MUST HAVE Previous experience of creating and managing products/services/solutions Business lines + P&L
- GOOD TO HAVE Technical, engineering background, Marketing accreditation, Technology vendor certification.
- 7+ years’ telecoms product management and/or marketing experience focused on the Enterprise segment.
- A reasonable working knowledge of enterprise grade managed services such as IPTV, OTT, Broadcast solutions.
- Under graduate degrees in Business, IT or Engineering or associated discipline.
