National Service Manager

Job Description:

Plan and oversee service center’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. • Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and potential to increase market shares.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead in preparation of business plan and annual budget.
  • Ensures the maintenance of premises.
  • Ensures safety standards and promotes ways of working safely in the service centers with regular review of safety equipment.
  • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
  • Prepares and submit monthly report on the service center activities to the management.
  • Comply and implement the local laws and client’s requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
  • Establishes and provide business forecasts, in the annual Business Plan.
  • Visits existing customers, and canvasses for new customers (insurance companies, fleets etc.).
  • Maintains effective control of expenses in line with the budget objectives.

  • Liaises with customers on vehicles; prepares service contracts and negotiates terms with customers.
  • Lead & motivate employees by increasing employee satisfaction score & improving team’s competence.
  • Coordinates with principals on technical problems and service issues.
  • Prepares the annual training plan and ensures its implementation.
  • Ensures the maintenance and calibration of equipment and special tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10years of experience in service workshop with 5years of experience in management level.
  • Graduate, preferably in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic an advantage.
