Officer – Government Relations

Job Description:

The government and regulatory officer would be responsible to attend queries of central bank, Police and courts all over UAE to fulfill all service requirements in a risk-free manner for customer or non-customer and to support the Manager in achieving the goals set out by the Division Head. By supporting in development, implementation and maintaining all the government entities requirements, functions and controls to serve the regulators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on efficiency to avoid errors.
• Understand the working of the Flex cube, ETL, EDMS, BPM, TMS, Omni ..etc.
• Review in detail the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Understand the risk of late response/action against regulators notices. Adhere to TAT.
• Update MIS and Archive the cases.
• Differentiate between the court order types like: Enquiry, Freeze, Un freeze, Inheritance cases and Police enquiries.
• Create your own tracker to follow up the pending queues and close before the due date.
• Cooperate with the team and keep alert.
• Review the guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Computer literacy – should be well versed with MS Office packages.
• The job holder should also possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of all Government Related and functional processes.
• Ability to handle pressure.
