Job Description:

The incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring an accurate implementation and installation of branding items across all branches in compliance with QNB’s set standards and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the branches’ difficulties and provide solutions to help them better implement branding.
  • Raise a report on all issues and non compliance in all QNB Branches.
  • Use defined internal processes and always strives to meet and exceed service standards.
  • Visit the site on a daily basis to ensure branding items are installed in compliance with the Bank’s branding guidelines and standards and based on the checklist prepared by the Head of Local Branch Implementation.
  • Analyze situations and branches’ concerns and suggest actions that can help resolve problems.
  • Follow up with the suppliers on a daily basis to ensure that all branding/ re-branding materials will be delivered on time.
  • Keep the Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation up to date on any issue faced with the suppliers or on the site during branding items implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in Business advertising or Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in advertising or logistics preferably with a local/ Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of event management.
