Operations Manager

Job Description:

To manage the day-to-day workings of all customers, maintaining and expanding the relationship of individual accounts. To manage the development and implementation of systems, process, and procedures to support the operational team in coordination with Administration and Site Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial performance of department
• Briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks/Safety
• Responsible for overall Operational performance of department prescribed in BU score card
• Staff welfare / absenteeism and attrition
• Shift deployment, time and attendance system
• Responsible and accountable for staff training (Internal & External)

Job Requirements:

• Service level agreement management and analysis
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Contract Administration and Management
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Aviation
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and P&L management
• Budget Planning
