We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Professional to join our team as a HR Policy Manager. Playing a lead role in the global HR Policy team, you support the team through analysis, review and development of global HR Policies. Bringing global HR policy expertise, you’re a leader who knows how to delicately weave business and people needs into something more than just a compliance tool. You truly understand our business, people and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In this people centric role you will need to have exceptional communication skills with the ability to breakdown complex information in a concise, user-friendly way and have a natural ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • In addition to the above you will have extensive experience of HR policy design and implementation for both start up scenarios and evolution of existing content together with Project Management (design & implementation) and HR System knowledge with cross collaboration with IT on system solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • We are on the lookout for a Degree holder in Human Resources/relevant discipline with 8 years demonstrable experience within HR, during this time you will have worked within a HR policy role with a focus on modernisation of style, content, language and accessibility, to ensure HR policies are fit for purpose, and align with the business and HR strategy.
