Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Managing the procurement of products and services including floating tenders and RFQ/RFP/RFI.
• Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations.
• Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Preferable CIPS or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar
• Fluent in English and Arabic
