Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business stakeholders, to undertake data troubleshooting issues and manage business and technical teams alike for quick resolution.
  • Hypothesis testing of business impact decisions and lead AB tests of various feature launches, while analyzing and reporting the performance on a regular basis.
  • Champion data driven decision making through multidimensional data analysis for the digital function to enable timely and accurate initiatives.
  • Own Ecommerce KPIs of the squad and prepare, monitor and report them to relevant teams on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for tracking and measuring every feature being launched by the squad and derive/calculate incremental value from it.
  • Proactively engage with the product owners to identify high value impact items on the backlog supported by data driven analysis.
  • Deep dive into metrics and issues and present clear recommendations based on data discovery.
  • Collate data from different sources and generate insights from them to cater to different audience groups from senior management to tech teams and present complex information and clear and concise manner.
  • Work in conjunction with the squads to ensure any data related impediments are sorted thoroughly to enable smooth workflow.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of driving value and influencing key business metrics.
  • Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for data analysis and data-informed product innovation
  • Skilled to dice and slice data using SQL , Big Query , MS Excel Advanced, Power BI
  • Experience and knowledge in data mining, data analysis, scripting with R/Python and good understanding of data science and data analytics platforms (SAS, Azure Data Bricks)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a Product Analyst role in area of consumer goods ecommerce
  • Thorough understanding of customer journeys on ecommerce
  • Ability to understand user funnels, dropouts, conversions, traffic, NPS, reviews and ratings
  • Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
