Job Description:

The PM is responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project and/or multiple projects from beginning to end through monitoring and controlling of suppliers and contractors, while ensuring all regulations are met within time, budget and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from beginning to end through detailed and accurate project planning
  • Evaluate and develop risk management strategy
  • Ensure all appropriate permits and licenses from local authorities for construction works are obtained
  • Ensure supplies and materials are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • Determine the necessary resources needed to deliver project according to schedule
  • Monitors the project budget
  • Train and mentor construction team
  • Anticipate and address problems that may arise during a project
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive previous work experience managing construction projects
  • Excellent time management with capabilities to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
  • PMP or LEED GA certification is a must
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
  • BSc/BA degree in interior design, Architecture, Engineering, or another related field
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials, equipment, systems and construction management processes
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources
