Job Description:

To manage the commercial team activities by planning and developing market segmentation for Cargo Department, agreeing and implementing sales objectives and marketing strategies, optimising revenues in accordance with the current Sales and Marketing Plan and Corporate Long-Term Plan whilst maintaining and enhancing Customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directs and manages the activities of the sales team.,
  • Recommends, implements, and effectively controls local market pricing to achieve territory objectives and contribute towards system-wide route, point of sale revenue and yield objectives.
  • Continuously monitors market trends and competitor activities, analyses cargo related statistical information and provides feedback/recommend sales policies to cargo corporate management via periodic reports/meetings to facilitate planning and effective implementation of short- and long-term marketing objectives and strategies
  • Manages all aspects of sales worldwide, including devising and implementing short to long term sales strategies, forecasting and monitoring sales and establishing, developing, and managing partnerships to ensure that awareness of our products reaches the customer effectively.
