Job Description:

To promote digital channel remittance services like eExchange, Kiosk Machines, AAE Mobile App among the customers visiting the Al Ansari Exchange Branches.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and encourage customers to use digital platforms
• Promote the sales of digital remittance services -eExchange, Kiosk machines, and Mobile App and other upcoming digital applications.
• To demonstrate and explain features of digital channel services to the customers
• Market digital channels products & other products and services to the customers
• Willingness to work in any branch / emirates wherever assigned / required.
• Distribute, flyers, brochures related to online remittance tools & other remittance services of the company to source new opportunities for the customers who is visiting the branch
• Reporting feedbacks, suggestions related to digital platforms to digital channels department
• To support the growth in users and transactions for digital channels
• Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions, asked, number of samples, flyers distributed etc.) to digital channels department.

Job Requirements:

• With excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor Degree in any stream
• Fluent in English Communication (both oral and written)
