Job Description:

From December 2023 we are seeking to appoint an experienced Registrar preferably with experience in a new school setting. This individual will manage the student enrollment programme and be responsible for ensuring all students are registered in accordance with the GEMS enrollment process and the specific governing body of ADEK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate record of all places available and waiting lists while ensuring the student information database is updated at all times.
  • Provide reports to the Principal/CEO and to Leaders within the School Support Centre as and when required, on progress to date and projections on enrollment numbers.
  • Collaborate with other team members on an ongoing basis to develop and implement new enrollment strategies.
  • Responsible for meeting prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced team manager
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues and external customers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence others and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing your time in an efficient manner
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a front of house or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
