Revenue Assurance Officer-Billing Operations

Job Description:

Ensuring the business issues accurate invoices in accordance with commercial contracts preventing revenue leakage. Is it the use of data quality and process improvement techniques to boost profitability, revenues, and cash flows through the proper collection of revenue for all delivered services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and compare multiple source revenue data and accruals
• Carry out revenue assurance audits
• Commercial contract performance against monthly billing
• Manage proper collections of revenue for all delivered services
• Focus on revenue assurance
• Carry out monthly multi-source reconciliations and provide corrective action recommendations:
• Avoid, identify and/or repair revenue leakage
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality
• Performance between Payroll and Billing

Job Requirements:

• Power BI
• Corrective and preventative measure in revenue assurance
• Multi-source data management and analytical skills
• Oracle
• Advances MS Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot tables
• Identifying revenue leakage
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, regulations and procedures
