Job Description:

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible to support and manage a sales team within a specified cluster. You need to have the ability to guide the team to success whilst keeping your finger on the pulse and being commercially aware of what is happening in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sources feedback to marketing, operations and tech team for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concerns
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research and channelize it internally for effective measures and follow ups
  • Verification of agency data/ numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determining recruiting needs Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base through effective team management and allocating new agencies to existing team
  • Keeping track of agency pools and verified agency data in their area. Sources feedback to and from operations and the sales team for effective planning and execution
  • Keeping up to date with competitor’s products and packages
  • Coordinates and supervises team of SAM’s, Hunters to achieve area target
  • Sets monthly targets to their teams (SAMs for new and existing business and hunters – for new business)
  • Monitors team performance and motivates them to achieve team and individual targets
  • Tracks and maintains records of team sales, payments and account reviews
  • Involved in hiring for the team / area according to the profile
  • Coaches team members on sales technique, product, upsell and cross sell

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, and competence displayed in challenging sales scenarios
  • Demonstrates an expert level of objection handling tactics and identify real objections
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

  • Valid UAE license required
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • In-depth understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
