Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy that’s required to grow and maximize revenue growth for broad geographic areas. You will be responsible for managing the team of Business Development Managers to success whilst keeping your finger on the pulse and being commercially aware of what is happening in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Coach and train new hires through deploying training and testing skill set through mock sessions and role plays
  • Coach Sales Managers to develop their leadership and team management skills
  • Leading the Business development team across the broader geographic areas
  • Cultivate, foster, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Implementing action plans to achieve department goals and targets
  • Overseeing the day to day sales activities

Job Requirements:

  • Complete understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
  • Sound communication skills to enable them to negotiate and influence their teams and other peers in the business unit
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Requires a minimum of 8+ years sales experience and over 4 years of people management experience
  • Ability to effectively collaborate relationships with other departments within the business unit or external organizations
  • Is an expert within the field
