Owns and leads the marketing initiatives calendar for the segment, with a full go-to-market responsibility including channel steering and brand experience – main interfaces include the external market (eg. Partners), Product ,sales, regions, brand and marcomms, CVM, Customer contact center)
- Work closely with the CVM and NBA teams in designing and executing BTL campaigns to maximize share of wallet (Up& cross-selling)
- Work closely with the CVM and Retention teams in designing and executing prevention, retention and winback propositions and campaigns to minimize outflow.
- Work closely with the Marcom team in designing and distribution of BTL material in relevant channels to optimize the reach to targets segments
- Implement 12 month campaign calendar across various consumer product lines
- Creates reports of assigned consumer segments (IBRO, Usage, Subscriptions, Revenues, ARPU, MOUs, etc.)
- Work closely with Product Marketing & Channel Management functions to ensure adequate plans and forecasts are met in the product marketing & development process to meet respective consumer segment requirements.
- Follows up on relevant segment data from Market & Customer Intelligence (including primary research, data mining, external reports) and impressions from Point-of-Sales.
- Advises and identifies actions for customizing products & services to meet the needs of dedicated consumer segment (proposition development). Creates a superior value proposition and customer experience for this segment
- Execute sales strategy incl. promotion activities for consumer segment and transforms it into tangible sales activities; proposes activities to Channel Management Consumer/ SMB.
- Experience within the telecommunications industry in a consumer segment or product role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or any other related department with 8+ years’ experience in Marketing
