Job Description:

Define the sections objectives in alignment with RTA’s strategic plan and ECCD’s roles and responsibilities, while ensuring compliance with the related federal and local government’s strategies and legislations, as well as internal policies and procedures pertaining to the section’s scope.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out risk assessment within the ECCD section, uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the RTA and coordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.
  • Manage and plan for ECCD and OCC Business Continuity and OCCs Drills: ECCD and OCCs are around the clock operations facilities. Operations Manager must contribute to creation of recovery strategies and plans and be able to implement/operate/maintain them. Ensures that backup OCCs within ECCD are regularly tested and can host another OCC whenever required.
  • Critical contribution to RTA events and crises management and adhere to RTA business continuity and crisis management policies and procedures. Ensure effective coordination between Event Management (RTA Event
  • Management Committee) & Crisis Management functions of RTA.
  • Manage the mission critical ECCD building, facilities, environment, building usability and security in coordination with the concerned departments including seating

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration /MIS from a recognized University.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • Experience in Incident Management, Event and crises management.
  • Ability to understand multimodal transportation systems and traffic flows
