Senior Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Growth Manager role at noon Food will be responsible for growing traffic and transactions on the noon Food app. This is a golden opportunity to scale a new business from scratch, while keeping the customer at the forefront. In this role, you’ll own the ideation, planning and results of all channel-related growth activities such as social media marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, etc. end-to-end. Job Responsibilities:

• Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights
• Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
• Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
• Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization
• Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics
• You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on the Noon Food platform
• Own the performance of key growth marketing channels such as CRM, Affiliate marketing and Digital Marketing on social media platforms

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in SQL / Bigquery or any programming language is preferable
• A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
• An individual who has strong problem solving and teams skills
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
• An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges
• Individuals with minimum 5 years of work experience
• The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in management consulting
• The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience in the food delivery industry is preferred but not mandatory
