Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence & Data Science for our trusted client to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that leverage advanced techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for maximum efficiency, leveraging techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model compression.
• Build scalable and efficient AI systems that can handle large volumes of data and perform real-time processing.
• Develop data pipelines and processes to collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and testing AI models.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in AI engineering.
• Conduct thorough experimentation, testing, and evaluation of AI models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
• Engineering with 7 -10 years of experience in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms with strong programming skills.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
