Job Description:

Enhance customer experience by providing customers timely updates and accurate information related to disruptions that have an impact on their travel plans through phone calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp queries and any other means. Perform all cross functional duties as per operational requirements and directed by the Shift In-Charge. implement and actively achieve Key Performance Indicators.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to e-mails and calls from the QR Network and other internal stakeholders.
  • Print TJQ Report at the end of each shift and cross check to verify no ticketing errors.
  • Assist the passengers at all times, providing the best services.
  • Assist in compiling shift reports.
  • Maintain Qatar Airways professional image by adhering to all applicable grooming policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Qatar Airways in-house Computer reservation and ticketing (e.g. Amadeus).
  • Any IATA / Airline qualifications. IATA or airline Basic Tariff and Pricing Course.
  • Experience working a rotating rosteR.
  • Customer facing role in service industry.
  • Tourism Degree
  • Experience in luxury environment such as domestic / international airlines I GHA or a 5 Star hotel.
