- Provide secretarial assistance and coordinate with office support requirements in answerin genquiries, organizing travel arrangements, meetings, drafting business correspondences and other ad-hoc administration duties. May also exercise considerable judgment and discretion at routine tasks.
- Organize travel arrangements and correspondences for those attending interviews. Reschedule existing appointments as appropriate
- Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor.
- A recent graduate holding a High School diploma or an equivalent qualification, with a maximum of three years of relevant experience.
