Senior Security Officer – Security

Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for Senior Security Officer to join the Security team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to observe situations analytically and objectively and to follow up on any irregularities
• Be familiar with and carry out all Team Leaders duties in their absence
• Be able to use sound logic to react quickly and appropriately during normal day to day operations
• Assist any security officer who is having problems and resolve the situation as quickly as possible while exercising absolute diplomacy.
• Initiate all incident reports in the ‘perspective security management reporting system’
• Conduct training for Security Officers as required within the schedule
• Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points
• Assists with investigations and gather information when required

Job Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum 2 year security guard/officer experience
• First aid and CPR trained
• High school certificate or equivalent
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Knowledge of firefighting equipments
