Job Description:

Review and analyse various operations and development activities related to the TA’ZIZ and its subsidiaries in addition to future petrochemicals ventures ensuring excellence in People, Performance, Profitability and Efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary information to Vice President, Asset Management and Manager, Asset Development by reviewing the documents and monitoring of the action items for discussions of shareholder board/committee
  • Participate in the set up and operationalization of new TA’ZIZ Joint Ventures including necessary documentation/resolutions for incorporation and subsequent development of operating model and functions
  • Participate in governance of committees and follow-up on actions generated
  • Ensure appropriate level of stakeholder management with current and future prospective partners of TA’ZIZ
  • Review subsidiaries annual budget & business plan submissions and suggest optimization options for effective fiscal discipline and ensuring adherence with TA’ZIZ’s mandates
  • Arrange necessary approvals for submissions of subsidiaries related to HR, ADNOC Group participations, Conferences, Coordination, query requests with Government bodies and other stakeholders and any other operational requests
  • Review, analyse and monitor the progress of the TA’ZIZ subsidiaries performance against the set KPI’s, suggest improvements and addresses any performance objective or material variances. Ensure TA’ZIZ COPs/ Company
  • Controlled Procedures/Local Laws and DOA are adhered
  • Provide input to Vice President, Asset Management and Manager, Asset Development in establishing required committees related to financial, performance and/or technical matters to safeguard TA’ZIZ’s interests ensuring timely decision

Job Requirements:

  • Planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Knowledge of organizational and business processes and staff dynamics
  • Knowledge on Oil & Gas Industry, with specific knowledge on process operations, asset management, reliability and maintenance.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a refinery or petrochemical plant with at least three years in Asset management system or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
