Job Description:

Manage field safety operation in relation to all Marine aspects, inspect marine units as per ADNOC offshore standard, end user requirements and maintain compliance. Manage vessel contract, ITT cycle technical evaluation and contractor’s performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with masters of Stand-by Rescue Vessels of other fields as well as with Sites authorities and Company Representatives in charge of vessels with special operations.
  • Perform vessel contract management, mobilization and demobilization, port call, on hire off hire and replacement vessel and monitor and approve monthly hire invoices.
  • Develop, establish and implement Company Marine Standards(relating to acceptance of Marine Vessels, crew safety training, marine contractors and Standing Instructions for Marine Operations), specific to Company requirements within Company Concession Areas/ Fields, for marine vessels/Units.
  • Monitor and control daily operation by observing MCC daily report ,number of marine units number of persons, breakdown ,vessels location , ,activities ,near miss ,accidents, navigation warning ,weather report ,change of crew carried out, issue marine notice, field charts updating .

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in vessel auditing using the common marine inspection document and knowledge of company’s operational areas considered an advantage.
  • 8 – 9 years’ experience and operational knowledge related to Marine Offshore Operations, towage, Anchor Handling, Construction / Derrick Pipe lay Barge and Dynamic positioning systems (familiarity).
