Job Description:

To perform and handle all financial & None financial transactions of customers walks in to the branch ,follow the sales KPI assigned and make sure he/she achieves the required sales performance , work closely with the branch Manager and other collogues to make sure he/she is servicing customers within the agreed wait time with no branches and NIL complaints .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimize customer attrition and reduce account opening & service requests rejections / regularize exceptions.
  • Customer acquisition through sales to walk-ins and through tracking the activities viz. Contacts to Appointments kept and Appointment kept to Sales.
  • Conduct outbound sales activity (in worksites, locally and follow-ups)
  • Manage customer expectation for each interaction & take ownership of customer complaints and take them to resolution.
  • Introduce & educate customers on the use of Bank alternative Channels & new digital technologies.
  • Inform customers and promote new & existing Business Banking products & value added services.
  • UBO will be responsible for the achievement of KPI’s on Business Banking Products as well as cross selling other segment Products.
  • Assist on financial / service transactions on new/upgraded machines with interactive touch screens, virtual support and linked to UBO tablets
  • Monitor & receive customer notifications from the tablet requiring authorization / verification or support.
  • Facilitate migration of financial / service transactions to self-serve automated machines for financial transactions and daily servicing.
  • Ensure Customer KYC updating in all aspects including transaction profiling.
  • Processing of all Account opening documents, maintenance request & other service requests for Business Banking customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and tech savvy.
  • Strong ability and passion for customer service and sales
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management and business development skills
  • Adaptable and versatile across product/customer segments and activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command in English and either Arabic (preferred), Urdu or Hindi .
  • Thorough knowledge of Business Banking products, processes services and policies.
  • Adequate knowledge of Branch Operational policies & procedures.
  • University Graduate with 3-5 years of Banking experience.
  • Preferred candidate must have UAE banking experience a minimum of 2 years
