Job Description:
Update the clients with regards to the site progress. Prepare the daily schedule and distribute the work tasks to the teams accordingly. Implement & Complete the work execution schedules for all projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain tools and machines in good working condition and request where ever tools required
- Reviewing and submitting the work completion reports after completing the project
- Provide technical training to the site technicians on weekly basis
- Explaining the shop drawings to the site technicians
- Supervising the teams and providing all required technical details
- Carrying out the new site inspections assigned by the site coordinator and submitting the report
Job Requirements:
- Site Supervision: The ability to supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site is important. This includes overseeing construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Construction Planning and Scheduling: Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling is necessary for a Site Engineer. This includes creating construction schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of work.
- Quality Control and Assurance: A Site Engineer should have knowledge of quality control and assurance processes. This involves conducting inspections, testing materials, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices is essential. This includes knowledge of structural analysis, building codes, geotechnical engineering, materials science, and other relevant areas. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation is also important.
- Construction Experience: Experience in construction or related fields is valuable for a Site Engineer. This can include experience as a site supervisor, construction coordinator, or assistant engineer, which helps develop a practical understanding of construction processes, techniques, and site operations.
