Job Responsibilities:

  • Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for participating in change Initiatives, Program and Projects considering best practices, improvement of processes and productivity improvement.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, new techniques, and culinary innovations
  • Ensure that the designated section, equipment, and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
  • Supervise and check every dish sent from the section to ensure adherence to the kitchen quality standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Optimize the use of restaurant resources: food, energy, labour, water.

Job Requirements:

  • Emirati Passport with Family Book
  • Expert in product quality and presentation skills
  • Expert culinary knowledge of both classical and international culinary trends
  • Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
  • Fluency English communication skills
  • Bachelor completed with excellent records (ideally, however not a must)
  • Expert management of multi cuisine kitchens with show cooking.
