Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage risks and issues related to program delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Customer Experience
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Work with vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that program deliverables are met
  • Manage programs related to the telecom business & CX, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify CX opportunities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • 3 to 4 years experience in strategic analysis or program management in the telecom industry, or any related field around customer experience.
