Job Description:

Develop, review & rollout procedures, guidelines and standards related to integrity management of pipelines, flowlines installed at ADNOC Onshore Assets in line with the overall inspection, corrosion management & integrity management strategies, leadership direction, international standards and ADNOC Onshore business requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts Technical Audit and failure investigations, root cause analysis studies
  • Develops technical standards, guidelines and processes for Pipeline, flow lines and ensure these are aligned with Integrity Management Systems and the ADNOC Integrity standards.
  • Reviews pipeline integrity management system plans, reports and KPI’s, monitor integrity status of pipelines.
  • Evaluates new technologies for integrity management of pipelines, flowlines.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Integrity Management of Pipelines, Flowlines.
  • Provides independent technical review and recommendations on integrity issues during design and construction phase and ensure pipelines are designed constructed, suspended and abandoned in accordance with appropriate standards and practices to reduce the potential pipeline issues.
  • Identifies integrity opportunities, sustain pipeline integrity improvements by recommending integrity best practices & capturing end user feedback, reporting on corporate integrity KPIs and progress of integrity implementation for design and construction phases.

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Pipeline operations within oil & gas industry
  • Pipeline Integrity Management and/or NACE Certifications (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering
