Sr Facility Services Supervisor (Housing/Accommodation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish procedures and ensures compliance with policies related to the allocation of accommodation
• Supervise the overall aspects of Housing services & Hotel services in Doha, which include the provision of accommodation to all levels of QatarEnergy employees, third parties and visitors
• Liaise with the Contracts and Legal departments for leasing the premises to cover QatarEnergy future requirements
• Prepare Annual Budget and monitor, control expenditure of the Housing Section
• Supervise housing allocation, housing movements and hotel services for interview candidates, visitors and shift cycle schedule etc.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in housing activities, including 5 years management/supervisory experience within the same field
• Knowledge of Corporation’s operational work sites and premises in Doha
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
