Job Description:

We are looking for Operations Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints and provide product support and information to the clients. They will also process contracts and legal documents, making modifications on the client packages/order and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients through various channels providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Processing contracts and legal documents.
  • Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with using ticketing systems and computers
  • Analyzing information
  • Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities
  • Customer support or executive experience preferably in an e-commerce company
