Job Description:

The Recruiter will be providing employers with staff that are right for them to take their business further. This would mean overlooking the whole recruitment process from job descriptions to making sure hiring managers are choosing the correct candidates. The job holder is responsible to provide administrative support in the effective administration of recruitment activities, policies, systems, procedures, and processes in accordance with the approved Manpower Plan and Budget and valid requisitions to ensure planned, effective, and timely recruitment of personnel.

  • Bulk hiring across hospitality functions.
  • Time to Hire.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and application skills in MS Outlook and MS Office applications.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to use own initiative.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or combination of agency and in-house.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in a matrix organization would be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/College.
