Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.
  • Tracking sales target of the team.
  • Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.
  • Generate client acquisition plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of acquisition.
  • Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition.
  • Analyze competition – strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and
  • personal research.
  • Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.
  • Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • 5+ years of experience within Sales including managing a team.
  • Decision Making Skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Planning and Organizing Skills.
