Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology Architecture to lead and innovate in the domains of ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing robust technology architectures that drive our organization’s digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability, and security while fostering a culture of innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Champion customer-centric technology solutions, focusing on enhancing the user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Ensure that technology architectures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on data security and privacy.
• Working with the Head of Security to Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information
• Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to align technology architectures with customer needs and expectations.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive integration architecture strategy, facilitating data flow between internal and external systems.
• Drive the design and implementation of robust integration solutions that enable real-time data exchange, scalability, and security.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of modern architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and managing technology vendors and partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in technology architecture, with a strong track record in ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies.
