Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare compliance reports on monthly basis and highlight the noncompliance.
  • IT Store Management – Track Inventory and restock goods on request. Discard and shred goods. Liaise with Admin to remove discard servers and routers etc.
  • Budget management – Track & report all AMC & Subscription renewal under OPEX. Track yearly purchase to budget cost for next renewal.
  • Invoice Tracking – Track & report all critical invoice to avoid restatement fees.
  • Reports – AMCs, Licenses, Compliance Report, Asset Scanning

  • Licenses Procurement & Renewal Management – Initiate and close all subscription renewal. Purchase goods and services that meets the quantity and quality expectations of the Org.
  • Vendor Management – Manage VRF, Vendor Assessments, NDA sign offs.
  • Asset Management – Track and Manage IT Hardware and Software Inventory.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAM and HAM software
  • Procurement Knowledge
  • Knowledge of License calculation – MS, IBM, Oracle
  • Contract Knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • Must be a UAE National with a family book.
