Program Manager

Job Description:

To govern and monitor programs/projects and leverage all tools, resources, and processes to ensure they can be delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews Business Cases Documents to ensure budget is monitored and value metrics are tracked for Value &
• Reporting team during project duration
• Manages expectations of stakeholders impacted by program/project
• Develops and maintains program/project plan by gathering inputs from Delivery team
• Supports project/delivery teams and ensures teams are adhering to PMO processes such as change
• management, risk & issue management, resource management, of the program/project
• Responsible for the management and success of Program / Project
• Develops and maintains budget by gathering inputs from Delivery team
• Ensures all materials can easily be consolidated as required by Portfolio Head

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in PPM tools (Clarity), JIRA, MS project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Excel, etc
• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in delivering projects in banks in role of project management, program
• manager or portfolio manager
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
• Total project management experience of 6-10 years
• University Degree in Technology, Management, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
