Job Description:

Change Resource & Capacity Management – Assistant Vice President is accountable to support all CPMO & Change related Skill mapping and utilization and Program resourcing masterplan for the Central Program Management Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a Resourcing Masterplan and continuously adjust plan to understand resourcing on projects and programsbank- wide
  • Identify gaps in availability, utilisation or skills match and create a plan to overcome those
  • Develop and activate playbook and onboarding session for new employees to Central PMO Office
  • Support Portfolio Heads in Central PMO for resource utilisation on the programs – Skills, Capacity & load
  • Supports in planning, budgeting, and implementing of CPMO events
  • Work with Knowledge and Upskilling manager to define and maintain learning paths of Central PMO Office and supporting learning curriculum for employee development
  • Launch and pilot prioritised talent actions and quick wins to create delivery ready talent pool
  • Change Management Resourcing across programs
  • Assess current project/ program talent against emerging talent needs

Job Requirements:

  • Mandatory: University Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
  • Total experience of 6-8 years managing an HR or Marketing department
  • Experience in managing the team size of more than 1-3 people
  • Proficient in Arabic is a plus
  • Expertise in HR and/Marketing
  • Experience of working with cross functional team
  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
  • Experience in creating content for learning and communications
